Is it free shipping?

Free shipping for non-remote areas in the United States, but a small fee will be added to remote areas. If you need faster logistics, you will need to pay extra for the original free shipping.

When will my package arrive?


1.Warehouse packaging time: After the customer pays, the goods will be picked up and packed within 1-2 working days, ready to be handed over to the courier for delivery


2.Delivery time: Under economic express delivery, most parts of the United States take 5-10 working days, and remote areas do take 7-12 working days. If you want to speed up the delivery, you can choose to pay extra for faster standard express delivery

What does the warranty cover for my product?+

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal usage conditions. This includes issues with the hardware components but does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

How long is the warranty period?

All our products come with a one-year standard warranty. You can enjoy one year warranty service by providing the order number to customer service.

Is the warranty transferable to a new owner if I sell the product?

No, the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
