If you’re worried about this being slowed, don’t it is incredibly fast the moment that I plugged it into my phone, it was ready to import photos. As someone who takes 1 million pictures on digital cameras this works so amazing. The quality comes out and it’s so easy to use! I would definitely recommend buying this!!!

Works like a charm for price. Was concerned about slow speeds when I used a SD adapter but if you just put the SDXC directly in it’s far faster to transfer files. The flash drive itself was surprisingly nice, with a decent weight to it, didn’t feel cheap. Like the covers for the USB / USB-C ends when not in use. Connected to my PC just fine, no issues.My only concern is that there’s no satisfying bouncy click into the compartment so I’m concerned over time I may accidentally scrape my card and damage it. Definitely don’t use this as a permanent storage solution as the SD card hangs out the side and may be prone to damage.

I was able to use the cord to cast my Samsung Galaxy's screen onto both my TV and home projector. I have owned a different one of these adapters before and I much prefer this one. It's easy to use, no app required, and it's reliable. I use it strictly for entertainment purposes, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work just as smoothly for presentations.If you're also using this adapter with a Samsung device, I'd like to note that the first time I used it the screen immediately displayed Samsung Dex mode. I was able to exit out of this using the keypad on my phone, and it reverted to simple screen mirroring.

So far this SD card reader has worked perfectly for me. I've mainly been using it to transfer photos between my camera and computer and it's been fast, reliable and very easy to use. No connection issues, no weird setup process — just plug it in and it works. Cards are easy to insert or pull out and I don't notice any over-heating issues.I also really like the design. It's compact enough to easily fit into a desk drawer, laptop bag or camera bag pocket without taking up space, but still feels solid and well made. The dual card slots are convenient as well and make it more versatile than some of the cheaper single-slot readers out there.For full transparency, I haven't owned it for an extremely long time yet (a couple months), so I can't speak on long-term durability, but based on my experience so far I've been very happy with it. Especially for the price point, I think it's a very fair value.Sometimes the best tech products are the ones you barely have to think about because they just consistently do what they're supposed to do, and this has been one of those products for me. Definitely 5 stars so far.

This Acer USB 3.0 card reader has been excellent so far. It logs into the computer very fast, reads the SD card with no problems, and makes it very easy to access files almost immediately. I used it for video files, and everything played clean, smooth, and without any issues. There was no corruption, no distortion, no lag, no delay, and no problem opening or playing the videos directly from the card.One of the best things about it is the dual-connection design. It has USB-A on one side and USB-C on the other, which makes it much more useful because you are not stuck with only one type of port. The USB 3.0 speed is also a major plus because file access feels quick and responsive, especially when dealing with video files or larger folders.The size is another strong point. It is small, compact, lightweight, and easy to carry. You can put it in your pocket, keep it in an EDC pouch, throw it in a laptop bag, or leave it with your camera gear without it taking up space. I also like that it has caps on both sides, which helps protect the connectors when it is not being used.Overall, this is a simple device that does exactly what it is supposed to do, but it does it very well. My new gaming rig doesn't have a card reader like my old system had, and my ancient SanDisk ImageMate 8-in-1 doesn't work with larger capacity modern cards, and let's face it, who needs access to compact flash or memory sticks in this day and age?! I purchased this Acer SD Card Reader and it works perfectly with regular SD cards, microSD cards directly, and through a regular SD card adapter. I'm assuming they would work with a miniSD card through a SD card adapter but, honestly, I've never ran across or owned a miniSD card, so I really can't confirm that. It definitely works fine for regular SD and microSD cards that we run into these days though. Awesome work Acer!At this price, I may pickup another or two just to keep around in other locations, rather than just keeping one in my desk. It really is an awesome little reader that works great!
