Where do we ship from?
All products are shipped from China where the factory is.
How will my order be shipped?
We use a variety of reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL, to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered together?
We do our best to ship all your items together. However, depending on the products, some may be shipped separately due to varying shipping methods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each item when it is dispatched.
Can I change the delivery address after the order has shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order is in transit. However, you may cancel your order within 120 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct information.
Please Note:
- If you cancel your order after 2 hours, you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
- If the wrong address is provided, resulting in lost or undeliverable packages, the customer is responsible for the loss. We will not replace or refund orders in such cases.
Holiday Shipping Delays
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping times may be longer due to high demand. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
What if the product I receive is different from what I ordered?
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please contact our customer support at shopify@newease.cc for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping
Currently, we only free ship within the U.S. If you want to ship to Canna or Europe, you need pay more $10 - $20 per package.
