Compact and works great on a Surface Pro

Works great on my Surface Pro. The usb-c port is rarely used, so I like that this uses it to give me an extra USB port, as well as being able to read SD and micro-SD cards. It's also very flat so it fits well in the small carrying case I use.I wish the cable was just a few inches longer so it would sit flat on my desk and not pull on the connection, but that's only a minor inconvenience.
